Get help managing your weight
Losing weight is hard. But our GPs can make it easier. They'll work with you to develop a tailored plan that combines diet and lifestyle changes, alongside approved weight loss medications, to help you reach a healthier BMI.

Keeping you safe and healthy is our priority.
A comprehensive assessment is required before our GPs prescribe any treatment. We may suggest that other weight loss measures are tried before prescribing medication. Any medication prescribed must be used in conjunction with other weight loss measures.
If you are prescribed weight loss medication, you must meet certain targets of weight loss while using the medication. If these targets aren't met with the help of your medication, your GP may decide that your treatment should stop.
After weeks 5 and 12 of treatment, you must meet with a GP to discuss your progress and any potential side-effects. You can do this online or by phone.
In some people with certain existing conditions, the weight loss medication we prescribe can cause side effects. For this reason, our clinical and pharmacy team will regularly check in with you throughout your treatment.
